Advantages

Due to its optimal solubility, thiamethoxam is absorbed by the plant’s root system without loss and provides long-term (up to 45 days) protection from both soil and ground pests.
Has a high rate of impact on harmful organisms.
Thanks to clothianidin, which is a metabolite of thiamethoxam, it provides reliable protection for the seed and growing root system.
Protection of not only germinating seeds, but also vegetative plants, thereby reducing the frequency of treatments during the growing season.
The high insecticidal activity of the drug and its redistribution over the surface and inside the plant determine its effectiveness against sucking and gnawing insects.
Thiamethoxam has an acute contact-intestinal and systemic effect. When the drug enters the plant, thiamethoxam is metabolized to clothianidin, increasing the rate of effect on insects.
It is absorbed by the seeds and, when swollen, quickly moves through the plant in an upward direction to the newly formed parts of the plant.
When eaten by insects, it affects the transmission of nerve impulses at the level of the acetylcholine receptor of the postsynaptic membrane, motor activity stops and the insects die.

Impact speed

After sowing the treated seeds (when the grains swell), the drug penetrates the plant and is transported through its conductive system, making all developing organs unsuitable for feeding insects. The effect of the insecticide on insect pests is manifested when feeding on underground and above-ground parts of plants. The death of pests occurs within
several hours depending on the application rate of the drug, the type of insect, as well as the phase of plant development.
Spectrum of action of the drug
Wireworms, grain flies, bread flea beetles, grain ground beetles, intrastem flies, cruciferous flea beetles, wireworms, bread ground beetles, Colorado potato beetles, etc. The full range of exterminated insects is specified in the regulations on use.
Period of protective action
After entering the seed during germination, active redistribution of the active substance occurs in all growing parts of the plant.
Thus, the roots, stems, growing points and leaves are under reliable protection of the drug and become inedible for pests for a long period.
From sowing, the protection period is up to 45 days under favorable weather conditions, depending on the crop, consumption rate and harmful object.
Recommendations for use
The use of AMINTAS is not only a more effective method of pest control than insecticidal treatments during the growing season, since it protects the plant in the most vulnerable phases of development (from the moment of germination), but also more environmentally friendly (the pesticide load is reduced). Before use, stir the contents of the canister well.
A convenient preparative form (suspension concentrate), due to the optimal content of the adhesive, promotes uniform distribution and preservation of the active substance on the surface of the seeds.
After drying, the treated seeds do not “dust”.
The use of treated seeds as food for animals and birds is strictly prohibited.
Factors influencing efficiency
For dressing, it is recommended to use seeds free of dust and impurities, which guarantees good adhesion and, therefore, better quality of dressing. In addition, dust can absorb the drug, which leads to a significant actual reduction in consumption rates. The effectiveness of the drug depends little on weather conditions. It works equally well in dry conditions, at low air temperatures, and in rainy weather (which is especially important in the fight against bread ground beetle larvae in the fall, when the rains are different times they do not allow treating crops with insecticides during the growing season).
Treatment can be carried out either immediately before sowing or in advance (1-2 weeks).
Phytotoxicity
When used in strict compliance with the regulations for use, there is no risk of phytotoxicity. The drug has high selectivity and does not have a negative effect on seed germination and germination energy.
Recommended Tank Mixes
It is effective when used independently, so it is not recommended for use in tank mixtures with other insecticides. When used together with fungicidal disinfectants on grain crops, each drug must be used at the recommended consumption rates.
Compatibility
To ensure comprehensive protection against pathogens, it is recommended for use in conjunction with fungicides for seed treatment. It is compatible with most fungicide-dressing agents for seed treatment that have a neutral reaction, however, in each specific case, the mixed preparations should be checked for compatibility. When preparing tank mixtures, direct mixing of drugs without prior dilution with water should be avoided.
After application, if necessary during the growing season, the use of insecticides is allowed.
Storage conditions
When storing, avoid direct sunlight and maintain recommended temperature ranges. Upon expiration of the guaranteed storage period, the drug must be checked for compliance with technical specifications. Once compliance is established, it can be used for its intended purpose.
Applied by crops:
Spring and winter wheat, spring and winter barley, rapeseed, sunflower, fiber flax, oilseed flax, soybeans, oats.
